Horse Eats Town is committed to your privacy. To prove it, we're re-posting our Halloween Contest rules until we can figure out just how committed we are.

HOW TO ENTER: Contest begins on September 20, 2008 at 5:00PM EST and ends on October 31, 2008
at 11:59 PM EST ("Promotion Period"). During the Promotion Period, sign up on the HORSEEATSTOWN.COM/BB
message board in order to register your e-mail address and upload your image containing the words HORSEEATSTOWN,
somewhere in the picture to verify legitimacy, to the HALLOWEEN >> CONTEST section of the board.
The winner will be asked to submit their name, e-mail address, and shipping address to the Administrator in order
to receive their prize. Multiple entries accepted within reason to be determined by the Administrator.
All entries become the property of the Administrator and will not be returned.
PRIZES: One grand prize will be awarded to the winner of the contest. Prize details will continue to be
updated through the end of the contest. All prize details are at the sole discretion of the Administrator.
ELIGIBILITY: Promotion is open to legal residents of the United States, 18 years of age or older who
have a valid U.S. driver's license at the time of entry. Employees of HORSEEATSTOWN, affiliates,
subsidiaries, dealerships and advertising and promotions agencies, and immediate family members
(spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and persons
living in the households of such persons, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter to win.
GENERAL CONDITIONS: Administrator is not responsible for any fees incurred by the participant in order
to participate in this promotion. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Administrator and its designees
to use each winner's name, city and state of residence and likeness for advertising and promotional
purposes in any and all media now or hereafter known throughout the world in perpetuity, without
additional compensation, notification or permission. By participating, entrants agree to (i) be bound by the
terms of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Administrator, which shall be final and binding on all
matters; and (ii) release and hold harmless Administrator, subsidiaries, affiliates, retailers, prize suppliers,
dealerships and advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective directors, officers,
employees, shareholders and agents (collectively, "Releasees") from any and all liability or any injuries,
loss or damage of any kind arising, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from or in connection with this
promotion or the acceptance or use of any prize Releasees shall not be responsible for lost, late,
illegible, incomplete, inaccurate, misdirected, damaged or stolen entries or for lost or stolen entry boxes,
nor printing, typographical, technical, human or other errors relating to or in connection with this
promotion, including, without limitation, errors which may occur in connection with the administration of
the promotion, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prizes or any promotion-related
materials. If for any reason this promotion (or any portion thereof) is not capable of running as planned
due to tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or any other causes which corrupt or affect the
administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this promotion, Administrator reserves the
right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion or any element thereof.
Should the promotion (or any portion thereof) be terminated prior to the stated expiration date, notice will
be posted by Administrator. Administrator also reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any
individual (and void all associated entries) who tampers with the entry process or who is otherwise in
violation of these Official Rules.
WHO WON: The winner's name will be posted and made public no later than November 5, 2008.
